Natural light floods the bedroom through floor-to-ceiling windows, where you'll find a comfortable king-size bed (180x200 cm) accompanied by illuminated nightstands for late-night reading.

The modern and sleek bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, and amenities and towels are included.

Both the living area and bedroom are equipped with their own AC units and TVs, ensuring simultaneous enjoyment of football games and cartoons. With underfloor heating throughout, the apartment is perfect for chilly days.

Child policies:
Children of all ages are welcome, and a baby cot for children aged 0 to 2 years is available upon request at no additional cost.

Early check-in or late check-out options are available upon request, subject to availability and for an extra fee.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, but you're welcome to use the small balcony for a coffee break and a smoke.

Guest access

Before your arrival, we will provide you with comprehensive information about the property, including the access codes. On certain occasions, we take pleasure in personally greeting our guests and providing them with insider tips and recommendations for exploring the latest attractions in town.

Other things to note

The flat has a maximum capacity of 4 persons, and additional guests are not permitted. Individuals who are not registered on Airbnb or present during the check-in process are strictly prohibited from accessing the property or utilizing its services. Visitors from outside are requested to limit their visits between 09:00 and 21:00, and they are not permitted to avail themselves of the property's amenities.

From Friday 6 PM to Monday 07 AM, parking is available free of charge on public parking slots located conveniently around the corner of the building. Additionally, a secure underground parking facility with CCTV surveillance is accessible for a fee of 30 RON per night per car. Please note that cars with low ground clearance may encounter difficulty accessing the parking due to a crossing threshold.

Upon request and subject to availability, a washing and drying machine can be made accessible for a fee.

Ironing facilities, including an iron and ironing table, as well as a microwave, are available upon request at no additional cost.

Our property diligently adheres to a rigorous professional protocol for cleaning and disinfection procedures.

For security purposes, government-issued identification will be collected during the check-in process.
