The space
As soon as you enter the apartment, you’ll be greeted by an abundance of natural light and a welcoming, modern atmosphere.
The open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa, a small work desk, and a kitchen perfectly prepared for light cooking. You’ll find everything you need for simple and enjoyable meals, essential appliances, cookware, and utensils along with a Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster for your morning coffee.
Sit back, relax, and make yourself at home, coffee and water are complimentary during your stay.
The bedroom offers a king-size bed (180x200 cm) with illuminated nightstands on both sides, perfect for unwinding with a good book before bedtime.
The bathroom is designed with modern, clean lines and includes a walk-in rain shower. Amenities and towels are provided for your comfort and convenience.
Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with their own air conditioning units and TVs, so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows simultaneously.
For cooler days, the apartment’s underfloor heating system ensures a warm and cozy atmosphere throughout.
Parking Information: The property offers three parking spaces in the underground garage, available for an additional fee and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces must be reserved after completing your booking to ensure availability. As an alternative, there are public street parking spaces nearby, which are free during weekends and easily accessible from the property.
Child Policies: Children of all ages are welcome. A baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available upon request and free of charge.
Smoking is not allowed inside, but you’re welcome to use the small balcony to enjoy a coffee and a smoke.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony, shared terrace and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
