Other things to note

1. The maximum capacity of the flat is strictly limited to 4 persons, and any additional guests are strictly prohibited. Visitors who are not registered on Airbnb or have not completed the check-in process are not permitted to access the property or avail themselves of its services.
2. External visitors are kindly requested to confine their visits to the hours between 09:00 and 21:00, respecting the privacy and comfort of other residents.
3. Our property adheres to a rigorous professional protocol for cleaning and disinfection procedures, ensuring a hygienic environment for all guests.
4. As a security measure, we will collect a copy of a valid Government ID or passport during the check-in process.
5. Parties are strictly prohibited, and noise levels are actively monitored through the use of noise sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
6. Given our management of multiple units within the same building, we are well-equipped to accommodate larger groups or corporate travellers with ease and efficiency.
