Welcome to our charming historic house with modern amenities in Oradea, Romania! Though recently renovated, we’ve preserved its original architectural elements, blending the charm of the past with the comfort of modern living.

The cozy terrace, though small, is perfect for savoring your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening.

Inside, you'll find two snug bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable queen-sized beds and abundant natural light. The bathroom features an elegant freestanding bathtub, providing a refreshing retreat after a day of city exploration.

The well-equipped kitchen is prepared for light cooking and includes everything you need for simple, home-style meals. You'll find modern appliances, cookware, and utensils, along with a Nespresso coffee machine to start your mornings right. Whether you’re a culinary enthusiast or simply want to enjoy a quick breakfast before exploring the city, this kitchen has you covered.

If dining out is your preference, the house is conveniently situated just a short stroll from Oradea's finest restaurants and cafés.

For longer stays or lighter packing, we've got you covered with a washing machine.

This property comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and is an ideal home base for your Oradea adventure, offering a unique mix of history, comfort, and modern convenience. We’re excited to host you!

Child Policies: We welcome families, couples, and solo travelers alike. While our house is fully equipped, we can provide a baby cot upon request for a fee of 150 RON per stay. Children up to 2 years old stay free if sharing the bedroom with their parents.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted outside the house.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available if needed. You can easily reach us by phone or message for any questions, local tips, or assistance during your stay. We’re happy to help and look forward to making your visit as comfortable as possible.

Other things to note

• The house is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The house operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
