The space

This spacious two-bedroom apartment is designed for a comfortable and practical stay, whether you are travelling with family, friends, or for business.

The apartment features two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a generous open-plan living area with a dining space and a fully equipped kitchen suitable for light cooking.

The kitchen includes essential appliances and cookware, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher, making everyday meals and longer stays more convenient.

There are two bathrooms: one is equipped with a bathtub, while the second features a walk-in shower.

For entertainment, you will find TV's in all rooms.

The apartment also offers two balconies: an open balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, and a second, enclosed balcony where the washing machine is located.

Families travelling with children can make use of the high chair available in the apartment.

Additional conveniences include air conditioning located in the living room, ample storage space, a comfortable dining area, and private parking, giving you everything you need for a relaxed short or extended stay.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security

Interaction with guests

We respect your privacy but are always available if you need us. You can reach us easily via the Airbnb app for any questions or support before, during, or after your stay. Self check-in makes arrival easy.

Other things to note

• The house is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
