The entire property is rented exclusively to one group, so all indoor and outdoor spaces are for your private use during your stay.

The house offers 8 comfortable rooms, providing plenty of space for guests to relax and enjoy their stay. The rooms feature comfortable bedding, air conditioning and private bathrooms with shower facilities.

Traditional architectural details, natural materials and the peaceful village surroundings give Casa Veche Leheceni its warm and distinctive character, combining authentic countryside charm with modern comfort.

Guests have exclusive access to the kitchen and dining area, making it easy to prepare meals and gather together. Outside, the covered terrace provides a comfortable space for breakfast, evening drinks or spending time together regardless of the weather.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner can also be arranged upon request and for an additional fee through a local provider who prepares traditional dishes, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy authentic local cuisine during their stay.

The property also includes barbecue facilities and a children's playground, making it especially suitable for families and larger groups. For additional relaxation, the jacuzzi and sauna are available upon request and for an additional fee.

Please note that Casa Veche Leheceni is located in a rural village surrounded by nature. As part of the countryside environment, insects, mosquitoes, spiders and other small creatures may occasionally be present in or around the property.

Other things to note

• The house is located in a traditional Romanian house, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The house operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
