The space

This modern and spacious apartment is located in the center of Oradea and is designed for a comfortable stay for couples, families, business travellers or small groups.

The apartment features 2 separate bedrooms, a bright living area, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, while the second has a walk-in shower, offering extra convenience when travelling with family or friends.

The kitchen is equipped for light cooking and includes the essentials needed for preparing simple meals, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. Guests also have access to a dishwasher and washing machine, making the apartment particularly convenient for longer stays.

The living area offers a comfortable space to relax, while the contemporary design, warm wood finishes and natural light create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the apartment.

Private parking is available for 1 car. If you arrive with additional vehicles, street parking is also available nearby. Public street parking is free during weekends and between 18:00 and 07:00.

Thanks to its central location, the apartment is a convenient base for exploring Oradea, with easy access to restaurants, cafés, shops and the city’s main attractions.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and garage access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced apartment, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced apartment, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
