The property is located in a unique semi-basement layout, the living area and kitchen are on the ground floor, while the bedroom and bathroom are situated on a semi-basement due to the sloping terrain, but the flat is single level. The whole property is naturally lit by windows, ensuring brightness and comfort throughout.

The open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa, a practical work desk, and an elegant dining area alongside a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for light cooking. You’ll find all the essentials, modern appliances, cookware, and utensils, as well as an Essse by Giugiaro coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. The bedroom offers a serene retreat with a queen-size upholstered bed (160x200 cm) and a cozy lounge chair, ideal for late-night reading. The naturally lit bathroom features modern finishes and a walk-in rain shower, with amenities and towels provided for your convenience.

Both the living area and the bedroom are equipped with TVs, allowing you to enjoy your favorite shows simultaneously.

Step outside to the small private terrace, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

Children of all ages are welcome. A baby cot for children aged 0–2 years is available upon request and free of charge.
Smoking is not allowed inside, but you’re welcome to enjoy a coffee and a smoke on the private terrace.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private terrace, shared hot tub and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available if needed. You can easily reach us by phone or message for any questions, local tips, or assistance during your stay. We’re happy to help and look forward to making your visit as comfortable as possible.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
