The space

The space has been carefully restored, preserving the original architectural elements while adding a modern touch for comfort and warmth. The result is a welcoming and elegant room that blends history with contemporary style.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed (140x200 cm), a practical work desk, and a charming lounge chair, perfect for reading or relaxing late into the night.
The modern bathroom boasts clean lines and a walk-in rain shower, complete with fresh towels and essential amenities.

A small kitchenette equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, and kettle is available for your convenience. Just relax and enjoy your stay: coffee and water are on us.

Parking is free on weekends, making your stay even more convenient for exploring Oradea’s beautiful city center.

Child Policies: Children of all ages are welcome. A baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and free of charge.

Smoking is not permitted inside, but guests are welcome to use the small patio at the entrance for smoking or vaping.

Details regarding building entry and access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Other things to note

• The room is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
