The space

Space was rebuilt with special care to the original elements of the building and the result is a warm welcoming room.
You will discover a tasty bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a practical working desk and a lovely lounge chair if you feel like reading until late in the night. The practical bathroom has some nice lines and it comes with a walk-in rain shower, amenities and towels are also included.
There is also a small kitchenette equipped with a microwave, a coffee machine and a kettle. Just relax and enjoy your stay, coffee and water are on us.

Parking is free on weekends, making your stay even more convenient for exploring Oradea’s beautiful city center.

Child policies: Children of any age are welcome. Baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and free of charge.

Smoking is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the small terrace at the entrance for smoke or vape.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire room and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available if needed. You can easily reach us by phone or message for any questions, local tips, or assistance during your stay. We’re happy to help and look forward to making your visit as comfortable as possible.

Other things to note

• The room is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
