Our kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need for light cooking, including a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning coffee fix.

The master bedroom features a spacious queen-size bed for a good night's sleep. The second bedroom is perfect for the young ones, with an Ikea single divan bed that easily converts into a comfortable double bed.

The bathroom has an elegant bathtub and a new washing machine, and we provide towels and amenities for your convenience.

Families with infants can request a cosy baby cot for a small fee.
We also offer flexible check-in and check-out times based on availability to make your stay stress-free and enjoyable.

We're excited to welcome you warmly and ensure your stay is super cozy. You'll get all the details and access info you need before your arrival, plus great tips to make your town adventures even better!

Interaction with guests

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and garage access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced apartment, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced apartment, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
