The space

The apartment, is as charming as it is luxurious and the blend between elegant and classical lines creates a warm and cosy atmosphere.

You will discover a tasty bedroom with a king-size upholstered bed (180x200 cm) and a comfy sofa if you feel like reading until late in the night.

“La piece de resistance“, however, is when you draw yourself a warm bubble bath in the lovely in-room bath tub at the foot of your bed. The fireplace is just praising the romantic atmosphere.

The practical bathroom has some clear lines and it comes with a walk-in rain shower, amenities and towels are also included.
This is all complimented by a practical kitchenette equipped with a small stove, a coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave and some appliances for light cooking and dining.

Sip your espresso on the romantic balcony and watch the sunrise as the city gradually wakes up and comes to life. Just relax and enjoy your stay, coffee and water are on us.

Free parking is available on weekends, making it easy to explore Oradea’s charming city center.

Child policies: Children of any age are welcome. Baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and FREE OF CHARGE.

SMOKING is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the balcony for a smoke or a vape.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available if needed. You can easily reach us by phone or message for any questions, local tips, or assistance during your stay. We’re happy to help and look forward to making your visit as comfortable as possible.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
