The space

The apartment’s design was born from the passion to travel and is dedicated to fellow travellers. By gathering personal experiences, we were able to develop different areas inside the house to create memories and enjoy your time here in a comfortable and relaxed way.

As you step inside the home you’ll be greeted by an opened kitchen separating the rooms so that everyone can have privacy and also have a common area to sit for a glass of drink and stories. The hallway comes with two top to bottom mirrors so you can see yourself how pretty you are before going out.

A walk through the wardrobe leads you into the master bedroom. This was designed to offer the tranquillity of a Balinese retreat. For a good sleep a large king sized bed and a premium medium-hard mattress is waiting for you. You’ll also have direct access to a private bathroom with a bathtub for 2 persons. Colours and textures from the bathroom mimic the waves and the feeling of being on a beach or near a waterfall in the jungle, feeding you with nature’s stillness.

For those of you with kids, this will give you the perfect space to enjoy some couple time after the kids fall asleep in the living room. There is a rocking chair in the window for reading or meditation and a 4K 40’’ Smart TV to enjoy your favourite shows.

During the day the living room serves both as a chill out and work space if you need. It’s designed with natural elements like wood and bricks on the walls to increase the hygge feeling from a Scandinavian home. The entertainment area allows you to sink in the comfy extendable couch and have your own cinema with a 50” 4K Smart TV. In case it’s raining, there is a generous nook near the large windows where you can enjoy a good book and relax while water is pouring down the window and the chimney fire soothes you.

For complete privacy there is a second bathroom attached to the living room with a walk-in rain shower which is known to be a great option for relaxing and letting the strain of a day wash away.

All rooms have access to the balcony, so you can go out for a cigarette or a morning coffee without disturbing anyone. On the terrace you will find a table with 2 chairs outside so you can sit and enjoy the views. The kitchen is also connected to the balcony and you can easily pass on the coffee prepared with the Nespresso machine. The view on the left is towards the Mushroom restaurant and you can see some occasional fireworks.

The entire apartment has underfloor heating system, which makes it ideal for colder days. Each area has a set of white bright lights and a set of warm lights to adjust to your energy level.

Working remotely: There is WIFI with 1GB speed all around the house so you can use any space/sitting area you feel fit for work. Our most used work spaces are the counter in the kitchen, in front of the window allowing you to feel the breeze and the outside world, and the small desk from the living room or the nook.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, a large fridge, cooking pans, tools and even a dishwasher, if you want to prepare some delicious light meals. In the bathroom there is a smart washing machine with a dryer included so you can wash and have your shirts ready on the same day. You can also connect to it and start it remotely or have real time information about it’s current cycle.

Coming in by car: Outside you have your own private free parking spot.

Child policies: Infants (0-2 years) are welcome as long as they share the bedroom. Or, a baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and costs 150 lei per stay.

Smoking is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the balcony for a smoke or a vape.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect your privacy but are always available if you need us. You can reach us easily via the Airbnb app, or messaging for any questions or support before, during, or after your stay. Self check-in makes arrival easy.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced apartment, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced apartment, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
