The space

The moment you step into this brand-new flat, you’ll be delighted by its modern design and small yet cozy balcony, offering an incredible view over the city.

Unwind on the modern sofa, which easily transforms into a double bed, perfect for reading a book or enjoying your favorite shows on the smart TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking, providing all the essential appliances and cookware to make you feel at home. You’ll find a Nespresso coffee machine, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and all necessary utensils for preparing simple, home-style meals.

The bright and lovely bedroom, filled with natural light, sits next to a modern bathroom with a refreshing walk-in shower, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable rest. Amenities and towels are included for your convenience.

We also manage two other apartments on the same floor (with capacities of 4 and 5 guests), allowing us to gladly accommodate larger families or small groups traveling together.

Child Policies: Children of all ages are warmly welcome. Infants (0–2 years) can share the bed with their parents or sleep in a baby cot, available upon request for a small fee of 150 RON per stay.

Smoking is not allowed inside, but you’re more than welcome to enjoy a coffee and a smoke on the private balcony.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available if needed. You can easily reach us by phone or message for any questions, local tips, or assistance during your stay. We’re happy to help and look forward to making your visit as comfortable as possible.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
