The cozy living room with a Smart TV provides the perfect space to unwind or enjoy a glass of wine with friends. The sofa easily converts into a double bed, offering additional sleeping space when needed.

The kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking, featuring all the essential appliances, cookware, and utensils you need for simple, home-style meals. A practical dining area completes the space, ideal for relaxed breakfasts or intimate dinners.

Two beautifully designed bedrooms, one with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and the other with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), each include a Smart TV and promise a peaceful night’s rest.

Step outside onto the private, peaceful terrace, where you can enjoy a drink, read a book, or simply take in the quiet surroundings.

The apartment features two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower perfect for two couples or a family seeking both comfort and privacy. Amenities and towels are provided for your convenience.

Child Policies: Children of all ages are welcome. A baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request for a fee of 150 RON per stay.

Smoking is not allowed inside, but you’re welcome to enjoy a coffee and a smoke on the private terrace.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect your privacy but are always available if you need us. You can reach us easily via the Airbnb app, or messaging for any questions or support before, during, or after your stay. Self check-in makes arrival easy.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
