The space

Located in a new building, with an elevator, you will enjoy a fast access through the code-based door.

A cosy living room with a Smart TV is a perfect setup for relaxing or for having a long chat with your friends by a glass of wine. You’ll find there a modern sofa which can also be turned into a comfortable double bed.
A fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and cookware and a practical dining area are at your disposal if you want to prepare some delicious meals.
Two lovely bedrooms, (one with king size bed 160x200 cm, and the other one with queen size bed 140x200 cm), will promise you a peaceful rest.
You can have a drink or just read a book on the private terrace with a view to the Mushroom Hill.

Two bathroom (one with bathtub, one with shower) are perfect for two couples or a large family. Amenities and towels are also included.
We manage another two apartments in the same building (one with 2 bedrooms and 1 Livingroom and the other one with 1 bedroom and 1 Livingroom), hence we can gladly accommodate large families or a small group.

Child policies:
Children of any age are welcome. Baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and it costs 100 lei per stay.
Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request, availability and for an extra fee.

SMOKING is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the private terrace for a coffee and a smoke.

Guest access

Prior to your visit, we'll send you details regarding the property together with the access codes. Sometimes, we like to personally welcome our guests and offer them tips and recommendations regarding new places in town.

Other things to note

1. The flat capacity is for 6 persons, no additional guests allowed! Other possible guests (persons not registered on Airbnb or during the check-in) from outside are not allowed to access the property or to use its services.
2. Visitors from outside should limit their visits between 09:00 and 21:00
3. Our property is following a strict professional protocol regarding the cleaning and disinfection procedures.
4. Government ID will be collected at check-in for security reasons.
