The space

As soon as you step inside this bright and spacious apartment, you’ll be greeted by an abundance of natural light that creates a warm and airy atmosphere.

The open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa, TV, and plenty of space, perfect for relaxing or letting the little ones play. Please note that the sofa is not suitable for sleeping.

The kitchen, fully equipped for light cooking, includes all the essentials appliances, cookware, and utensils, along with a practical dining area, ideal for quick breakfasts or casual family meals.

The apartment offers three comfortable bedrooms:
• Two bedrooms each feature a double bed (one king-size, one queen-size), providing restful nights for couples or parents.
• The third bedroom includes two single beds, perfect for children or friends.

There are two bathrooms to ensure everyone’s comfort, one with a refreshing shower and the other with a relaxing bathtub. Amenities and towels are included for your convenience.

This apartment is ideal for larger families or groups of up to six adults, offering both space and privacy.

Our place benefits from a dedicated residential parking space, offering comfort and security for guests arriving by car.

Child Policies: Children of all ages are welcome. A baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request for a fee of 150 RON per stay.

There is a shared balcony on the staircase, used by all residents, which is designated for smoking.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect your privacy but are always available if you need us. You can reach us easily via the Airbnb app for any questions or support before, during, or after your stay. Self check-in makes arrival easy.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
