The space

If you're looking for a place with a modern look that's still cosy and comfortable, this flat is it. When you enter the flat, you'll be delighted by the modern look and its cosy balcony. You can read a book or watch some TV on the modern sofa that can also be turned into a double bed.

If you want to prepare some delicious meals, we've got your back. Our fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and cookware is at your disposal.

The master bedroom is the perfect place for a peaceful rest. The bedroom is bursting with natural light and has a lovely bathtub right next to it, so you can enjoy a relaxing bath after an exhausting day.
The second bedroom has a simple yet very practical design. You will appreciate the extra toilet room, especially in the hurried mornings.

Amenities and towels are also included in this room.

The apartment is situated in the same building with another apartments that we manage, hence we can gladly accommodate larger families or small groups.

Children of any age are welcome here! We've got cribs available upon request at a cost of 150 RON per stay.

Smoking is not allowed inside the building, but you are more than welcome to use our private terrace for a coffee and a smoke.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available if needed. You can easily reach us by phone or message for any questions, local tips, or assistance during your stay. We’re happy to help and look forward to making your visit as comfortable as possible.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
