And with modern appliances that not only work but also look great, you'll be able to keep your mind on those important things like sightseeing and exploring this beautiful city.

This studio is ideal for larger families or persons searching for a larger space. It has a queen size bed and comfy sofa which can be turned into a double bed.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you might need for light cooking during your stay, so you can prepare breakfast or a quick snack. If you are staying for more than a couple of days, the washing machine will make things even easier for you! The bathroom has a walk-in shower to give you the perfect start of the day.

We have got you covered! Infants are welcome as long as they share the bedroom. Or, a baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and costs 150 RON per stay.

Smoking is not allowed inside.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire studio and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We offer self check-in for your convenience, so you can arrive whenever it suits you best. We're just a message away if you need anything during your stay whether it's local tips, help with the apartment, or recommendations. While we respect your privacy, we're always happy to assist and ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
