The space

The apartment is a perfect place for families, couples or groups of friends who want to spend their holiday in an intimate way.

Take your pick from two different styles: Our master bedroom suite will give you a place to relax and unwind. You’ll have a queen size bed, along with a large window that is perfect for catching the sun. The second bedroom has a double bed.

Get two bathrooms for the price of one. A bath in one and a shower in the other obviously means you now have twice as many opportunities each day to relax and wash away the stresses of life .

They say that the kitchen is the heart of the home. Well, at least for us it is. That's why we designed our kitchen with comfort and openness in mind. We've learned that cooking can be a fun experience for all ages and we want to ensure that you have everything you need to make it happen.

From spacious countertops to comfortable seating, and even an open living room area for the whole family, you will enjoy great times and delicious food all in one place!

Child policies: The flat is suitable for people travelling with kids. Infants are welcome as long as they share the bed. Or, a baby cot for children aged 0-2 is available on request and costs 150 RON per stay.

Smoking is permitted only on the private balcony.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

We respect your privacy but are always available if you need assistance during your stay. Whether you have questions, need local recommendations, or encounter any issues, feel free to contact us anytime via the Airbnb app or phone. We’re happy to help and want to make sure your stay is as smooth and enjoyable as possible!

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced apartment, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced apartment, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
