The space

Little by little, we rebuilt the villa and transformed it into the only one you'll want to come back to after a long day of sightseeing.

This cosy apartment has two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen is one of our favourite features of the property. The amenities and appliances help you prepare a meal for family or friends, and the warm, casual feel makes for an inviting and comfortable setting.
Relax and enjoy your holiday or business trip in the courtyard. You can organize a barbecue with your friends or loved ones, or just relax directly on the courtyard area.
When only booking the apartment, you might share the courtyard facilities with other guests.

Children of any age are welcome.
SMOKING is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the courtyard for a coffee and a smoke.

Free parking is available on the surrounding streets, within approximately 200–250 meters of the property.

Guest access

Guests have access to their reserved private room, as well as to the shared library and courtyard, which are common spaces enjoyed by all guests.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available if needed. You can easily reach us by phone or message for any questions, local tips, or assistance during your stay. We’re happy to help and look forward to making your visit as comfortable as possible.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a villa, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The room operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
