The space

Here's a place where you can really get away from it all.
This charming room was designed in a classical yet smart line, with fine touches of masterfully crafted oak wood.
Make your mornings easy with the private bathroom with a shower. Enjoy the Nespresso coffee machine, which offers a quick start to your day and gives you time to unwind before heading out to work.
If you prefer reading or having a cup of tea instead, we have arranged a warm corner for you in the common area.
Moreover, in the courtyard, there is a covered terrace if you want to enjoy some precious time with your loved ones by a barbecue.

When only booking the room, you might share the courtyard facilities with other guests.

Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request, availability and for an extra fee.

SMOKING is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the courtyard for a coffee and a smoke.

To make sure you have everything you need for your stay, we'll send you a detailed list of instructions and information before your arrival. Sometimes, we like to personally welcome our guests and offer them tips and recommendations regarding new places in town. If there's anything else we can do for you, please don't hesitate to ask!

Other things to note

1. The room capacity is for 2 persons, no additional guests allowed! Other possible guests (persons not registered on Airbnb or during the check-in) from outside are not allowed to access the property or to use its services.
2. You can also book the entire villa (one apartment of 2 bedrooms and 3 individual rooms).
3. Our property is following a strict professional protocol regarding the cleaning and disinfection procedures.
4. A copy of Government ID or passport will be taken at check-in for security reasons.
5. Parties are not allowed and level of noise is measured trough noise sensors.
