Feel like cooking? Our fully equipped KITCHEN will make it easy. To start, choose how you want to cook your meal. Then, grab the ingredients and start cooking!

Enjoy a good night’s sleep in the queen-size bed. Just by the BEDROOM, you will find the BATHROOM which has a walk-in shower, so you can wake up feeling refreshed and relaxed after a long day exploring the streets of Oradea.
Do you have special laundry needs? Don't worry about the laundry. You'll have your own washing machine, plus access to fresh towels and toiletries. I know it might sound like a lot, but we're here to make your trip extra comfortable.
After a long walk around the city and you're back at home, you will be welcomed by a beautiful LIVING ROOM. You can sit on the sofa and read your favourite book or watch your favourite Netflix series. Also, this can be changed into a double bed for the night if you wish to stay longer!

Child policies:
Children of any age are welcome.
Your little one can sleep tight in a cot that's provided for just 150 RON per stay. Or, if you prefer, we can accommodate children aged 0 to 2 years in the same bed as their parents for no extra charge.

We understand that you may be a smoker, and have no problem with this.
However, we ask that you refrain from SMOKING inside the home. We have a private balcony attached to your room which can be used for this purpose.

Guest access

You'll be able to access the property using a unique code for keyless entry and we will give you all of the details before your arrival. The property manager will also get in touch with you before your trip so that you can learn everything you need to know about the home and how to tune in. We want you to feel at home!

Other things to note

1. The flat is set up for 4 persons (no additional guests allowed). Other possible guests from outside are not allowed to access the property or use its services.
2. We are proud to provide guests with safe, well-maintained accommodation. We follow strict professional protocols regarding the cleaning and disinfection procedures, everything for our prized guests to have a safe stay in our property.
3. Government ID or passport will be taken at check-in for security reasons.
4. Our small business environment ensures that parties are not allowed and noise is kept to a minimum. The level of noise is monitored through by noise sensors in the room. This helps ensure the best experience for our guests.
5. We are a property management company that owns several flats in the area, so we can fit large groups easily.
