Our spacious and beautifully designed bedroom offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. Featuring a comfortable queen-size bed and a large window that fills the room with natural sunlight, it’s the ideal spot to rest after a day of exploring.

The stylishly furnished living room invites you to make yourself at home, whether you’re reading a book in the cozy armchair or lounging on the modern sofa, which easily converts into a comfortable bed for two additional guests.

The bathroom is clean, bright, and modern, featuring a spacious shower that’s perfect for a refreshing start to your morning.

The kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking, designed for comfort and ease of use. You’ll find everything you need for simple meals, ample counter space, storage cabinets, and all essential cookware, cutlery, and utensils. A kettle, toaster, and Nespresso machine are also available to help you start your day right with a fresh coffee.

When it comes to parking, there’s no need to worry, public parking spaces are available nearby, with some offering free parking options for your convenience.

Child Policies: This flat is an excellent choice for families traveling with children. Infants are welcome to share the bed with parents, or a baby cot can be provided upon request for a fee of 150 RON per stay.

Smoking is only permitted on the private balcony, and ashtrays are provided for your convenience.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available if needed. You can easily reach us by phone or message for any questions, local tips, or assistance during your stay. We’re happy to help and look forward to making your visit as comfortable as possible.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
