The space

As you step inside, you’re welcomed by a bright and cozy living room, the heart of the apartment, designed for both relaxation and connection. Whether you’re unwinding with your favorite show on the Smart TV or sharing stories with friends over a glass of wine, this space sets the perfect mood. The modern sofa easily transforms into a double bed, offering extra sleeping space when needed, while a practical desk provides a great setup for remote work.

Adjacent to the living area, the open kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking and comes with everything you need: a Nespresso coffee machine, stovetop, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, and all the essential cookware and utensils to prepare simple and delicious meals.

Romantic, comfortable, and airy, this apartment offers two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and another with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), both designed to ensure a peaceful and restful stay.

Step out to enjoy not one but two balconies: one enclosed and one open, perfect for sipping your morning coffee, unwinding with a drink, or simply reading a book in the fresh air.

The cozy bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, helps you start your mornings perfectly refreshed. Amenities and towels are provided for your comfort.

Parking is easy, there are plenty of public parking spaces around the area, both free and paid (on weekdays), available for your convenience.

Child Policies: A baby cot can be provided on request for a small fee of 150 RON per stay. Children up to 2 years old can stay for free if sharing the bedroom with their parents.

Smoking: Only allowed on the balconies. Please keep the doors closed while smoking to maintain a fresh indoor environment.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect your privacy but are always available if you need us. You can reach us easily via the Airbnb app, or contact for any questions or support before, during, or after your stay. Self check-in makes arrival easy.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
