This stylish and modern space showcases a bright white design that creates a calm and refreshing atmosphere. With two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a sofa that easily converts into a double bed, the apartment can comfortably host up to six guests.

Enjoy the comfort of two bathrooms; one with a walk-in shower and another with a bathtub, offering convenience for families or groups. Step out onto the private balcony, perfect for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The fully equipped kitchen is prepared for light cooking, complete with modern appliances and all the essentials you need for easy meal preparation.

Located in a new and peaceful neighborhood, you’ll have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Families with children will appreciate the outdoor playground, offering a safe and fun space for little ones to enjoy while parents relax.

Child Policies: Families with young children are warmly welcome. Infants (0–2 years) can share the bed with parents, or a baby cot can be provided on request for a 150 RON fee per stay.

Smoking is only permitted on the private balcony. Please use the provided ashtrays to help keep the apartment clean for all guests.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

We're just a message away if you need anything during your stay whether it's local tips, help with the apartment, or recommendations. While we respect your privacy, we're always happy to assist and ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
