Welcome to our beautifully redesigned and modernized apartment in Oradea, featuring a perfect blend of modern design and vintage charm!

Our apartment offers a cozy and comfortable bedroom complete with a Smart TV, the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The living room includes a comfortable sofa that easily transforms into a double bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to four guests in total comfort.

The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for light cooking, including a Nespresso coffee machine, cookware, utensils, and a dining table where you can enjoy your meals in style.

After a long day of sightseeing, relax and recharge in the bathroom’s inviting bathtub, ideal for a calming soak. If you need to stay connected or work remotely, the apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

Step out onto the small enclosed balcony, a cozy space where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening smoke while taking in the fresh air and peaceful surroundings.

Parking is simple and convenient, with free public parking available in the surrounding area, offering easy access during your stay.

The apartment is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town and Oradea Fortress, placing you right in the heart of the city. With easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and major attractions, this is the perfect base for your Oradea getaway.

Child Policies: Children of all ages are welcome. For families with infants aged 0 to 2 years, a cot is available upon request for a small fee of 150 RON per stay, or they can share the bed with their parents.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted indoors, but guests are welcome to use the private balcony for this purpose while enjoying the fresh air.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect your privacy but are always available if you need us. You can reach us easily via the Airbnb app, or messaging for any questions or support before, during, or after your stay. Self check-in makes arrival easy.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
