Welcome to our cosy studio in Oradea!
It offers practicality and comfort. Situated in a lovely and secure neighbourhood, just steps away from the picturesque Crisul Repede River, guests can enjoy leisurely walks and take advantage of nearby parks and kids’ play areas.

The studio is thoughtfully arranged, making the most of the space available. The well-equipped kitchen ready for light cooking includes a Nespresso coffee machine, perfect for starting your day with a delicious cup of coffee.
The bathroom features a convenient walk-in shower and a washing machine, catering to guests planning a longer stay. No need to worry about packing towels and amenities for your stay! Our studio provides all the essentials, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

The bedroom is a haven of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a cosy small sofa that can be easily transformed into a comfortable single bed.

While our studio may be compact, its practical layout and convenient amenities ensure a comfortable stay. Plus, it's only a pleasant 30-minute walk to Piata Unirii, the bustling heart of the town. Experience the charm of Oradea while enjoying the comfort of our well-appointed studio.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect your privacy but are always available if you need us. You can reach us easily via the Airbnb app for any questions or support before, during, or after your stay.

Other things to note

• The studio is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
