The space

This modern space boasts a cosy bedroom, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with amenities including an oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and a stylish bar table.
The sofa in the living room can be easily transformed into a double bed, allowing the flat to accommodate up to four adults.
Both the bedroom and living room are furnished with smart TVs, perfect for entertainment.
Additionally, there's a small working desk for those who need to catch up on work or study.
Situated in a safe and friendly neighbourhood, it's just a pleasant 15-minute stroll along the river to reach the city centre.
Plus, you'll find a local market nearby, offering fresh farm products. Enjoy the convenience, comfort, and charm of our apartment during your stay!

For guests traveling with children or companions, we have you taken care of! We warmly welcome infants (0-2 years) to stay, sharing the bedroom with their parents. Alternatively, a baby cot can be provided upon request for children aged 0-2 years, at an additional cost of 150 lei per stay.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. However, you are more than welcome to enjoy a coffee and smoke on the closed balcony.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect your privacy but are always available if you need us. You can reach us easily via the Airbnb app, or messaging for any questions or support before, during, or after your stay. Self check-in makes arrival easy.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced apartment, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced apartment, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
