Welcome to Lisabona Flat, the perfect retreat for families, couples, or groups of friends seeking a cozy and intimate holiday experience.

Our master bedroom offers a serene space to unwind, featuring a comfortable queen-size bed and a large window that fills the room with natural light. The second bedroom includes a snug double bed, ideal for restful nights.

Enjoy the convenience of two bathrooms: one with a relaxing bathtub and the other with a refreshing walk-in shower, offering twice the comfort and privacy.

The bright and welcoming living room invites you to relax on the comfortable extendable sofa, perfect for extra guests, while enjoying your favorite shows on the smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for light cooking and includes a Nespresso coffee machine, stovetop, oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare simple, delicious meals. The open-plan living area connects seamlessly to a private balcony, where you can start your day with a cup of coffee or unwind with a glass of prosecco.

For longer stays, a washing machine is available to keep your clothes fresh and ready.

Child policies: Families with young children are warmly welcomed. Infants (0–2 years) may share the bed with parents or use a baby cot, available upon request for a fee of 150 RON per stay.

Smoking: Not allowed inside, but guests are welcome to smoke on the private balcony.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and garage access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We are available throughout your stay for any questions or local recommendations. You can contact us anytime through the Airbnb app for assistance or advice to make your visit perfect.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced apartment, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced apartment, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
