If you enjoy light cooking, our thoughtfully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for simple, home-style meals. You’ll find essential appliances, cookware, and utensils ready for your convenience. When it’s time to enjoy your creations, gather around the charming wooden dining table for a pleasant and cozy dining experience.

When you're ready to unwind and recharge, retreat to our lovely and romantic bedroom bathed in natural light. You'll also find a delightful bathroom with a walk-in shower, complete with amenities and fresh towels for your convenience.

We are excited for you to experience the modern comfort and serene atmosphere of our flat, creating wonderful memories during your stay. We extend a warm welcome to children of all ages, and for infants (0-2 years), there is no additional charge when they share the bed with adults.

Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the property. However, you are more than welcome to relax and enjoy a coffee on the private balcony while indulging in a smoke. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and garage access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available if needed. You can easily reach us by phone or message for any questions, local tips, or assistance during your stay. We’re happy to help and look forward to making your visit as comfortable as possible.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced apartment, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced apartment, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
