Welcome to Helena Apartment, a redesigned flat offering everything you need for a delightful and comfortable stay. With two cozy bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.

The kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking, providing all the essentials, appliances, cookware, and utensils, perfect for preparing simple, home-style meals. The spacious living room features a comfortable corner sofa, making it an ideal gathering spot for friends or family.

Step out onto the enclosed balcony, where you can enjoy a refreshing morning espresso while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

Perfectly located near Lotus Mall, the apartment offers easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, ensuring a relaxing and secure stay.

A washing machine is available, making longer stays effortless. After an exciting day at Nymphaea Aquapark, you can easily refresh your towels and clothes, keeping everything comfortable and convenient throughout your visit.

Child Policies: Families with young children are warmly welcomed! Infants are welcome to share the bed with their parents, and for babies aged 0–2 years, a baby cot can be provided upon request for a small fee of 150 RON per stay.

To maintain a fresh and pleasant environment, smoking is not allowed inside. You’re welcome to use the private balcony to enjoy a coffee and a smoke, ashtrays are provided to help keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available if needed. You can easily reach us by phone or message for any questions, local tips, or assistance during your stay. We’re happy to help and look forward to making your visit as comfortable as possible.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
