Welcome to our brand new apartment on the 9th floor, where you can enjoy breath-taking views overlooking the park! Located in a friendly new neighbourhood, it's just a stone's throw away from Lotus Retail Park, where you'll find a variety of shops and restaurants to explore.

The apartment boasts a spacious bedroom, complemented by a modern and stylish walking shower bathroom. You'll find complimentary amenities like shower gel and fresh towels to make your stay even more enjoyable. The open living room provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, featuring a comfortable sofa that easily converts into a double bed, accommodating up to four adults comfortably.

Our well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare lovely light meals during your stay. Whether it's a quick breakfast or a hearty dinner, you'll find all the amenities you require at your fingertips.

Child Policies: Children of any age are welcome. Kids aged 0 to 2 can stay with parents sharing the same bed; we provide baby cots upon request for 150 RON per stay.

No smoking inside, but feel free to use the private balcony for a coffee and smoke.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect your privacy but are always available if you need us. You can reach us easily via the Airbnb app, or messaging for any questions or support before, during, or after your stay. Self check-in makes arrival easy.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
