Situated on the ground floor within a picturesque courtyard, this charming abode stands beneath the protective embrace of a venerable chestnut tree, casting dappled shadows that dance throughout the day.

Upon crossing the threshold, you'll find a haven that beckons you to unwind and indulge. Elle Home boasts two exquisitely comfortable bedrooms, each adorned with a sumptuous queen-size bed that promises a restful slumber after your urban explorations. The décor is a fusion of elegance and cosy warmth, ensuring a seamless blend of style and comfort.

For those culinary enthusiasts, the practical kitchen stands ready for light cooking. Complete with modern amenities, including a Nespresso coffee machine, preparing your morning brew is a delightful ritual. The adjacent dining area invites you to savour your creations, fostering cherished moments with friends and family.

Elle Home understands the demands of the modern world. A dedicated workspace awaits those who may need to catch up on emails or attend to remote tasks. The thoughtfully placed desk ensures that your work remains separate from your relaxation.

The single bathroom within the apartment offers more than just a place to freshen up. A bathtub invites you to submerge yourself in serenity, providing the perfect setting to unwind with a leisurely soak. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided, ensuring a seamless and pampering experience.

As the day awakens, step outside onto the petite yet stylish terrace. Sip your morning coffee while enveloped in the gentle embrace of the surroundings. It's an ideal spot to embark on the day's adventures or simply bask in the tranquillity.

Child policies: We're excited to invite families, couples, and solo travellers. Our house has everything you need. If you need a baby cot, just ask. It costs 150RON for your whole stay. Kids under 2 can stay free if they're in the same bedroom as their parents.

Free parking is available on nearby streets during weekends and daily between 18:00 and 07:00.

Remember, smoking is only allowed outside. This place can easily fit 6 people.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the shared terrace and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect your privacy but are always available if you need us. You can reach us easily via the Airbnb app, or messaging for any questions or support before, during, or after your stay. Self check-in makes arrival easy.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced apartment, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced apartment, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
