Welcome to our charming apartment in Oradea! Located in a brand-new building, this space offers both comfort and convenience for your stay.

The apartment features a spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed and a large wardrobe, ensuring a restful night’s sleep and ample storage for your belongings.
The open living room seamlessly connects to the kitchen, which is fully equipped for light cooking. You’ll find everything you need to prepare simple and delicious meals, including a stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, cookware, and a Nespresso coffee machine to start your mornings right.

In the living room, a modern sofa easily transforms into a double bed, expanding the apartment’s capacity to accommodate up to 4 adults or a family with children.

The bathroom is a relaxing retreat, featuring a bathtub for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. A washing machine is also provided, perfect for medium or longer stays.

Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet evening drink in the fresh air.

Within the condominium, guests can enjoy a playground for children and a shared outdoor BBQ area, ideal for spending quality time with family or friends.

Please note that there is no dedicated parking space, but you can park for free in the available public spots around the building.

Child Policies: Children of all ages are warmly welcome. Infants (0–2 years) may stay in the same bed with parents or in a baby cot, available upon request for an additional fee of 150 RON per stay.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed indoors, but you’re welcome to enjoy your coffee and a smoke on the private balcony.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We are available throughout your stay for any questions or local recommendations. You can contact us anytime through the Airbnb app for assistance or advice to make your visit perfect.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced apartment, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced apartment, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
