The apartment boasts a spacious bedroom that ensures a good night's rest. The open living room seamlessly blends with the kitchen, which is fully equipped to unleash your culinary creativity. From basic cooking needs to a Nespresso coffee machine, everything is at your fingertips.

In the living room, there's a sofa that transforms into a double bed, expanding the apartment's capacity. This flexibility makes it ideal for up to 4 adults or a family with children.

The bathroom is a delightful retreat with elegant marble accents, featuring a bathtub for relaxation. Additionally, we provide a washing machine for those planning medium or longer stays.

Within the condominium, there's a playground for kids, allowing them to have their own adventures. An outdoor shared area with a BBQ is also available for you to enjoy.

Whether you're visiting Oradea for business or leisure, our apartment offers a comfortable and well-equipped space to make your stay truly enjoyable

Policies Regarding Children:
We warmly welcome children of all ages. For children aged 0 to 2, they can stay with parents in the same bed. We offer baby cots upon request for an additional 150 RON per stay.

Arrival and Departure:
Upon availability, you can request early check-in or late check-out for an extra fee and due to availability

Smoking is not allowed indoors. However, you're welcome to use the private balcony for enjoying a coffee and a smoke.

Guest access

We ensure you have a comfortable stay by providing essential property details before you arrive.

Other things to note

1. The flat can accommodate up to 4 individuals; extra guests cannot be accommodated.
2. Your safety is paramount; thus, our property adheres to rigorous cleaning and disinfection procedures.
3. To ensure security, we will collect a copy of your Government ID or passport during check-in.
4. Kindly refrain from hosting parties, as noise levels are observed through sensors.
5. Should you have a larger group, we can arrange lodging in flats within our nearby building.
