The space

Step inside to discover a charming and thoughtfully designed space. The small yet cleverly equipped kitchen is prepared for light cooking and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, a Nespresso coffee machine, stovetop, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils for preparing simple meals or enjoying a relaxed breakfast at home.

Your peaceful retreat awaits in the lovely bedroom, complete with a private bathroom, while the comfortable sofa in the living area easily transforms into a double bed for extra guests.

The apartment is located on the third floor, accessible only by stairs (no elevator). Parking options include a paid underground parking garage just 150 meters away, or free public street parking available during weekends in the surrounding area.

Child policies: Children of all ages are welcome. A baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available upon request, for a fee of 150 RON per stay.

Families with infants are warmly welcomed, with arrangements available to ensure their comfort.

As we value a calm and pleasant ambiance, smoking is not allowed indoors, but you are welcome to enjoy a coffee break and a smoke in the hallway area.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect your privacy, but we’re always available if you need anything. Feel free to message us anytime during your stay – we're just a text away and happy to help with recommendations, questions, or anything else you might need.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced apartment, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced apartment, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
