Relax in the cozy living room, where you can sink into the sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Stay connected with high-speed internet throughout your stay.

For larger families, the sofa easily converts into a comfortable double bed, offering extra sleeping space.
The kitchen, fully equipped for light cooking, includes modern appliances, all the essentials you might need, and a dining area where you can enjoy meals together. Start your morning right with a Nespresso coffee machine, perfect for your daily caffeine fix.

The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and another with two single beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for all guests after a day of exploring. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a washing machine for your convenience.

Parking is free in the area, though there is no dedicated parking spot, guests can park wherever space is available nearby.

Child policies: We love kids! Our family-friendly apartment is fully equipped and has a lot of space to spare - perfect for the little ones. Children up to the age of 2 years may stay free if they share the bedroom with their parents. However, we also provide a baby cot on request and for a fee of 150 RON/stay.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect your privacy but are always available if you need us. You can reach us easily via the Airbnb app, or messaging for any questions or support before, during, or after your stay. Self check-in makes arrival easy.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced apartment, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced apartment, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
