Our charming retreat is perfectly located just steps from the vibrant downtown area of Băile Felix, where you’ll find cozy cafés and inviting restaurants. If you prefer nature, take a leisurely 10-minute stroll to the scenic Băile Felix woods, where you can enjoy peaceful walks, outdoor activities, or even spot the Romanian national running team training in this serene setting.

The property offers six distinct rooms: five bedrooms and one small living room with a comfortable couch, designed to accommodate up to 12 guests in complete comfort and privacy.

Each unit blends modern amenities with rustic charm, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
• Rooms No. 1 & No. 2 each feature two bedrooms with queen-size beds, and one bathroom ideal for families or couples.
• Room No. 3 includes a queen-size bed, a cozy sofa that converts into a double bed and a bathroom.

Guests are welcome to relax on the terrace, overlooking a lush orchard, the perfect spot for a morning espresso or an evening glass of wine.

For those who enjoy cooking, a modern kitchen, located in an adjacent building, is fully equipped for light cooking and ready for you to prepare quick, home-style meals.

After a day of exploring, unwind in the outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi), a relaxing haven under the open sky.

With ample parking for up to three cars, your arrival and departure are hassle-free.

Child Policies: Children aged 2 years or younger stay free of charge when sharing the bedroom with their parents.
For the comfort and well-being of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

Please note that the property does not include an indoor common area where guests can gather. The layout and room distribution are exactly as shown in the photos, so you can book with full confidence in what to expect.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire property, including the terrace, kitchen, hot tub and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect your privacy, but we’re always available if you need anything. Feel free to message us anytime during your stay, we're just a text away and happy to help with recommendations, questions, or anything else you might need.

Other things to note

• The house is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
