Please note that the apartment does not include a kitchen. It consists of a bedroom, a living room, and a private bathroom, offering a comfortable and well-designed space for your stay.

Relax in the living room, equipped with a TV, perfect for binge-watching your favourite series on Netflix from the plush sofa that easily converts into a double bed. For your convenience, you will also find a Nespresso coffee machine, water glasses, and tea cups. Enjoy lightning-fast internet to stay connected throughout your stay.

Recharge in the bedroom featuring a luxurious queen-size bed, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep after your adventures. Freshen up in the chic private bathroom with a walk-in shower, stocked with fluffy towels and carefully selected toiletries.

Guests also have access to a shared outdoor terrace, available for use together with other guests staying in the building — a pleasant space to relax and enjoy some fresh air.

We make life easy with flexible check-in and check-out options tailored to your needs — your comfort and convenience are our top priorities.

Guests have full access to their private apartment, and all in-room amenities.
Please note that the courtyard are shared spaces and may be used by other guests staying in the building.

Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

We are available throughout your stay for any questions or local recommendations. You can contact us anytime through the Airbnb app for assistance or advice to make your visit perfect.

Other things to note:
• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced apartment, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced apartment, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
