The space

Our property is design to accommodate up to 14 guests, the property features: one double room, three elegant apartments: two with a bedroom, a spacious living area, and a modern bathroom, and the third apartment, which includes two bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom.

Guests benefit from a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all necessary appliances, including an oven, stove, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher, allowing them to prepare delicious meals with ease. The property also features a laundry room equipped with washing and drying machines, adding an extra level of convenience for longer stays.

Access to the property is secured through codes, ensuring the safety and privacy of all guests.

The terrace and courtyard provide ideal relaxation spaces where guests can enjoy moments of tranquility and fresh air, furnished with comfortable seating for enjoying morning coffee or spending pleasant evenings.

Additionally, free public parking is available nearby, offering a convenient solution for those arriving by car.

• The villa is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The villa operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced apartment, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON/room will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
