Work-Friendly Desk Area: Whether on a work trip or catching up on emails, the apartment features a desk space with high-speed Wi-Fi, allowing you to remain productive throughout your stay.

Two Well-Equipped Bathrooms: With two bathrooms, morning routines are a breeze. Each bathroom is equipped with essentials and complimentary toiletries to ensure comfort and convenience for all guests.

Kitchen for Light Cooking: The kitchen is designed for light cooking, complete with essential appliances like a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher for hassle-free cleaning. You'll find all the cookware and dining utensils you need to prepare simple meals while enjoying lovely views.

In-Unit Washing Machine: For added convenience, a washing machine is included in the apartment, enabling you to pack light and keep your clothes fresh during your stay.

Private Balcony: Step out onto your own private balcony, furnished for relaxation. Enjoy panoramic views of Ciuperca Hill, making it the perfect spot to kick-start your day with coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine.

Additional Accommodation: We also have another delightful apartment in the same building, known as Hill View Eleven. Ideal for larger groups or families traveling together, this extra apartment offers similar amenities and stunning views, allowing you to stay close while enjoying your own space.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and parking access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available if needed. You can easily reach us by phone or message for any questions, local tips, or assistance during your stay. We’re happy to help and look forward to making your visit as comfortable as possible.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
