It includes a stovetop, microwave, full-size fridge with freezer, toaster, and a Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee capsules. You'll find all the essentials to prepare light meals at home. The stylish dining nook comfortably seats four.
The bedroom is a peaceful retreat, featuring a luxurious velvet bed with a high-quality mattress, soft linens, and blackout curtains to ensure a great night's sleep. Golden leaf artwork adds a unique, natural touch and inspires the apartment’s name. There’s also generous storage space so you can settle in and feel at home.

You’ll have full, private access to the apartment, including the living area, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. Self check-in is simple and convenient, we’ll send you the access code and clear instructions on the day of your arrival. Feel free to check in at your own pace and enjoy complete flexibility during your stay.

Other things to note
• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
