The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances, including an oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine, along with all utensils needed for preparing your favorite light meals. A highchair is also available for families traveling with little ones.

One bedroom has a queen bed, the other a double bed, both featuring premium bedding and blackout curtains to ensure restful sleep. Designed with contemporary furniture and soothing neutral tones, each room is a peaceful retreat ideal for relaxation.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the apartment, balcony, and rooftop lounge. Entry is via smart lock, self check-in is easy and secure. Access instructions will be sent on the day of check-in.

Interaction with guests

We respect your privacy but are always available if you need us. You can reach us easily via the Airbnb app, or WhatsApp for any questions or support before, during, or after your stay. Self check-in makes arrival easy.

Other things to note

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced apartment, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced apartment, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
