In the living room, you’ll also find a modern sofa that easily transforms into a double bed, along with a spacious dining area, perfect for enjoying meals together or hosting a casual dinner.

The kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking and includes a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all necessary cookware and utensils to prepare simple and delicious meals.

The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, a large wardrobe, and its own TV, while the second bedroom has a comfortable double bed. Both rooms include fresh linens and blackout curtains for restful sleep.

The bathroom comes with a large bathtub, fresh towels, and a washing machine for your convenience.

Free parking is available in the evenings, on weekends, and during public holidays.

Families will also appreciate the high chair, ensuring comfort for little ones during their stay.

• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced apartment, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced apartment, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
