The space

Our private unit offers a cozy, self-contained space designed for up to 4 guests, combining comfort and a warm, home-style atmosphere.

The unit features two separate interconnected bedrooms with a queen-size and a double bed, one bathroom, making it ideal for solo travelers, families, couples traveling together, or close friends.

Inside, you’ll enjoy modern amenities paired with rustic charm, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment.

Guests also have access to a shared, fully equipped kitchen located in the adjacent building, along with a small dining area where you can comfortably enjoy light, home-style meals.

Step outside to a shared terrace overlooking the lush orchard, an ideal spot for morning coffee or a sunset drink. For added relaxation, guests can unwind in the shared outdoor jacuzzi (hot tub), a popular place to recharge after a day at the thermal pools or exploring Oradea.

Parking is convenient, with space for up to three cars directly in front of the house, and a secure code-based access system allows smooth and flexible self check-in and check-out at any time.

Please note that the property does not include an indoor communal area. The layout and room distribution are exactly as shown in the photos, so you can book with full confidence.

Child Policy: Children aged 2 or under stay free when sharing a bedroom with their parents.

For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted indoors and is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

If you enjoy nature, a short 15-minute walk takes you to the scenic Băile Felix woods, a favorite spot for walking, jogging, and occasionally spotting Romania’s national running team during their training sessions.

Guest access

Guests have full access to both bedrooms and bathroom, including the shared terrace, shared kitchen, shared hot tub and all amenities.
Details regarding building entry and access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security.

Interaction with guests

We respect your privacy, but we’re always available if you need anything. Feel free to message us anytime during your stay, we're just a text away and happy to help with recommendations, questions, or anything else you might need.

Other things to note

• The house is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.

• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
