The space is thoughtfully laid out and designed for comfort, offering two welcoming bedrooms and two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing moments, and the other with a shower, providing practicality and flexibility. The apartment also features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen for easy cooking and a dedicated dining area.
The living room includes a TV, ideal for unwinding, as well as a sofa bed for added convenience. One of the bedrooms is also equipped with a TV. The place comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and a Nespresso coffee machine, ensuring everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Guests can enjoy a private balcony and have access to a shared terrace.
Private parking is included for added convenience and peace of mind.
Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the property. However, feel free to unwind and enjoy a cup of coffee while treating yourself to a smoke on the private balcony.

Other things to note
• The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby.
• Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
• Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences.
• The apartment operates as a serviced apartment, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience.
• Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly.
• We are a serviced apartment, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities.
• Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents.
• Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process.
• Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
• A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises.
• Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
